Greater Faverdale Masterplan

The consultation on the Masterplanning Framework for Greater Faverdale has now closed.

The Masterplanning Framework for Greater Faverdale has been commissioned by the Hellens Group who are the promoters of the scheme.  Once completed the Masterplanning Framework options will be submitted to the Council to inform any potential allocation in the forthcoming Local Plan.

HELLENS Community Engagement

A public exhibition was held at The White Heifer That Travelled, West Park, John Fowler Way, Darlington on Tuesday 10th October 2017.  The project team developing the masterplan was available at the event to discuss the proposals and answer questions.
