- Statement of Representations Procedure [pdf document] This document sets out how representations were sought on the Proposed Submission Local Plan, details of how to express an interest in appearing at the Examination in Public, and where to find the proposed submission documents and supporting evidence.
Representations made during the six week period will be considered in full by the Planning Inspector at the examination stage. A summary of the main issues raised during the 2018 consultation stage, and how they have been taken into account, will also be sent to the Planning Inspector.
At this stage, representations must relate only to compliance with the legal and procedural requirements of preparing Local Plan and the 'soundness' of the Proposed Submission Local Plan, as set out in the Government's National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).
