Lottie’s Toolbox is a creative space to share resources and see examples of how direct work can be done in a playful and an engaging way.

Lottie has over 12 years of experience of working with Children, Families and Adults and she wants to share some examples and ideas of what she has used and learned throughout her journey.

This is not an instruction manual telling you how to do your job, it is just a space where you can go to if you ever wanted to have some insight into how others are working.

In Darlington we are keen to develop good working relationships with our families and partner agencies, and we value the uniqueness of how this can be done.

There are so many fantastic ideas and resources out there that can really help when supporting others, but we understand that it’s not always easy to find what you’re looking for or even just thinking of different ways of working to build better relationships with others can be a challenge.

Hopefully by having some resources, knowledge and examples in one place, it might make your journey a little easier too.
