Step 4

Step 4 of Darlington Academy is about supporting our Leaders and Managers so that they can support our staff

 

This can include Team Managers, Principle Social Worker, Team/Practice Leaders and Service Managers.

Applicable Leadership and Management training and accreditation programmes will be available, as well as service and individual development opportunities in the form of any required local, regional and national group/board/association memberships and access to service/role specific conferences and seminars.

Coaching and Mentoring opportunities will also be available, as well as opportunities to develop facilitation, training, and presentations experience, skills and attributes.
