Community Academy
The Community Academy is training and development opportunities for children, young people, adults and families in the local community. It is available for anybody who has an interest in working in health and social care and enjoys working with people.
The Community Academy links with Developing Darlington Care Collective (DDCC) and the borough wide multi-agency working initiative. The aim is to create opportunities for people to become a part of a supportive system that will help them to be recruited and/or progressed and retained in services, ultimately developing a high quality workforce for the residents of Darlington.
